Two mini tennis tournaments were run at Hatton on the last two Saturdays of August. Children from several local clubs were invited to compete in the categories “red ball” and “orange ball”.
Both tournaments proved to be very popular and enjoyable.
The winner of the red ball tournament was 7 year old Patrick McDowell from Hatton. The orange ball one was won by Jack Walker (aged 10) of Hatton and the runner up was Isla Scott (aged 9), also a Hatton member. Well done to everyone who took part.
